Service Policy
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date(s) of your event. The deposit will be deducted from your total fee. The balance is due 10 days before your event. Deposits are non refundable.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Cash and Interac e-Transfer. Credit cards are subjected to a 3.9% fee.
CONTRACT
A digital binding contract between Maz Hall Inc & the renter will be sent to the renter’s email address.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We do not take a security deposit. We only demand a credit card prior to the event in case of damages, as detailed in the binding contract.
CANCELATION
Please note that a 14-day notice is required for a 90% refund on all rented items and six (6) months notice for the venue, minus a service fee of $175.
SERVING AND/OR SELLING ALCOHOL DURING THE EVENT
If you plan on serving and/or selling alcohol during your event, you need to apply for the necessary permit to the Régie des alcools des courses et des jeux. A copy of the permit must be present during the event. Please click here for the link to obtain your necessary permit(s).
